Farmington Avenue Baptist Church is a friendly, independent, Bible-believing Baptist church located in the heart of historic West Hartford, Connecticut.  Since 1959, our church has followed a simple mission statement:

• Exalt God, ascribing glory to Him in every endeavor of the church,
• Evangelize the lost, reaching them with the Gospel so that they may be converted, baptized, and brought into the household of faith, and
• Edify the saints, bringing them to maturity through education and encouragement.

Most importantly, you can find information about our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.  The internet is full of interesting and important information; but knowing Jesus Christ and developing a personal relationship with Him is the most important thing that you can know!  The Bible teaches us that one day we will all be required to answer the question “What have you done with Jesus?”  What will your answer be?
